Press-brake bending

Our press brake operators, who shape the products, make use of the newest shaping techniques, tools and machinery that adhere to the highest demands. This allows us to apply any shape to a product. Using 200 tons (2000kN) of pressure we can shape stainless steel of up to 3 mm thick. Through the use of databases and the control instrumentation on the machines we can guarantee a constant folding quality. Avedko is able to produce fully completed series work without human intervention, using their fully automated processing centre which includes a welding and press-brake robot. Avedko was the first company in the Netherlands to make use of this type of fully automated processing system, making us unsurpassed in our automation expertise.
