Laser technology

Using the detailed information produced by the design software, our laser machinery is programmed off-line. The different parts are then cut using nitrogen, which protects the material from warping and doesn’t affect its anti-corrosive characteristics. Our laser production is largely automated and its configuration is unique in the Netherlands. By using an inventive sorting system the next steps in production can happen quickly after the cutting process, allowing for a relatively short production time.
