Foundation / base plate

Avedko’s enclosures can be divided into to types, with or without a fixed foundation. The fixed foundation is an extension to the enclosure and is the part that is dug into the ground. These enclosures are the easiest to install and cables leading to the equipment in the enclosure can be easily connected from below. The optional base plate, with possible opening for connecting cables, shuts the enclosure off from the ground below.
The enclosures without a fixed foundation will need to be mounted on a pre installed loose foundation. The enclosures can be bolted to the foundation from inside. Avedko produces separate foundations in various measurements. Furthermore we differentiate between fixed and variable foundations. The variable foundations are adjustable in height and depth.
